Refund Policy:
If you receive an incorrect order, please take a photo of it and send it to contactus@trulio.in within 24 hours of receiving the package with the subject “Wrong Product”. We will send your correct order within 48 hours of receiving this email and arrange for the return of the wrong product. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged, please take a photo of it and send it to contactus@trulio.in within 24 hours of receiving the package with the subject “Damaged Package”. We will send a replacement for the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving this email. Please note that opened products are not eligible for return, except in special circumstances. Items that are returned damaged due to inadequate packing will not be eligible for full return credit. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns, and returns must be sent via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Cancellation Policy:
